Classic Salted-
-chips , potato fingers and other snacks without salt are no use, its saltiness that adds right taste , more of salt makes it bitter , less of it turns it bland, last Monday started new serial late evening on sai baba , the beginning is simple yet different because he was no ordinary man and every extraordinary soul is special and different from the crowds , shilpa works for us , in the kitchen as a domestic help and is not much of a literate , education is not just learning bookish prints in school life itself teaches first hand lessons and is a strict examiner of lessons given one, so it was decided she will watch repeat telecast from twelve to twelve thirty when she is still here during the day time, it was wonderful to see expressions of faith mixed with disbelief and wonder on her face as each expression passed her ,
-salt adds taste when in right amount and ratio and proportion , life also needs salt to taste , small kids love watching cartoons because that is their salt to taste their life level,
-basically salt is the idea that is enjoyed, same idea does can not make all happy , for everyone there is a different aspect of the same idea that can be enjoyed
-some run to hunt to eat, some run for life to save themselves
-same things is done for different reasons
-I like reading and studying for pleasure others do it to invest their time in future jobs and careers
-whatever the reason and cause it is the salt, television for me is educative and a pastime less and background noise more , it inspires me to make my small thread mats
-for supper last night I cooked my sago differently , every time for years I soak sago over night and boil them transparent pearls and sweet pudding is the conventional dish , but yesterday with same ingredient I cooked a new dish, fried the sago without soak into verka butter in the pan , threw in some handfuls of dried puffed lotus seeds, roasting and added chopped potatoes and sliced cottage cheese , salt to taste and the lid steamed it in its own juices and voila what an amazing delicious meal I had
-problem is not in life it is fear in mind that stops us from trying out new dishes with same ingredients , conventional traditional becomes habit and we believe it is our true nature
-learning as a beginner is refreshing and keeps one humble and it becomes easier to learn quickly , salt of mind is talent , ability and polish is the shine of expertise rubbed in
-stamina develops when some regimen is regularly followed and practiced and repeated it becomes breath of life
-classic is conventional and a standard is set , standard is always meant to denote higher values and taste and that is not for everyone , it is buying power one gains as strength but taste is developed and understanding is cultivated and for that exercise regimen must be followed and to follow that self discipline is needed and for self discipline the difference between real and desire must be learnt and for learning experience life is given but it is used as salt to taste not as a classic standard of values but as the night club of gratifications
-all that classic is not so simple after all
-I am simple because it is so simple to be bland
